    • Enriches visitors’ experiences by providing hands-on activities and information about animals and exhibits around the aquarium.
    • Worked 3-5 hours each week at my station.
      Experience answering questions about our exhibits, facilities, and programs.

    Carver County 4-H Arts-In Director | July. 2023 – Aug. 2023

    • Directed performing arts shows for the 4-H youth in Carver County ranging from 2nd – 12th grade.
    • Wrote scripts for two shows, choreographed multiple songs, and taught dances to the participants.
    • Planned schedule for the encampment, planned activities, and games for the days.
    • Established a fun and creative culture for youth to express themselves creatively, form a community, and develop skills outside their comfort zones.

    Annual Student Exhibition 2024 | Apr. 2024

    • Two of my artworks were chosen by a jury to be showcased in the Annual Student Exhibition at the Tweed Museum of Art In Duluth Minnesota.
    • Won the Howard Lyon Merit Scholarship for academic achievement and involvement in design.

    Purple Ribbon Winner | Aug. 2020, 2021, & 2023

    • Won three Purple Ribbons at the Minnesota State Fair for multiple years in the fine arts category.
    • A Purple Ribbon is the highest award one can receive as a member of 4H at the Minnesota State Fair.

    • I won three Grand Champion ribbons at my local county fair for multiple years in the fine arts category.

    Work Experience

    Tweed Museum of Art | Duluth, MN
    Lead Student Graphic Designer | Oct. 2023 – Present

    • Worked with the director of the museum to establish a marketing plan and brand standards for the institution to build our image.

    • Participated in the interview and selection process of hiring new designers for our department.

    • Mentored and trained incoming Student Graphic Designers, using leadership skills.

    • Oversaw all Marketing and Design projects, ensuring that each designer had the resources, information, and communication to complete tasks efficiently and accurately

    • Organized channels of communication between Student Designers and positions outside the department to achieve our goals.

    • Regularly participated in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions to develop projects.

    • Designed posters, signage, directories, social media posts, calendars, labels, event promotion, etc.

    • Consistently and creatively used brand standards, establishing an identity for the Tweed Museum.
