I'm Greta!

And I'm a graphic designer with a knack for illustration and a passion for using my skills to help others achieve their creative dreams!

I'm going to go ahead and give you some industry insight – every designer is a nerd! It's true! Anyone who cares that much about fonts is definitely one of us. And I welcome it! Geeking out about things is just an eccentric way of saying we're passionate, and that's why I'm not afraid to say that I'm a nerd about design. I bring that passion to everything I do, because if you nerd out about it, I want to nerd out about it too! (Hey, that rhymed!)

I grew up destined for a life of being a nerd, oh, I mean artist and designer. You could catch me at church scribbling away at my Hello Kitty coloring book every Sunday. I was always artistic. Naturally, being an "artsy kid" in a small town resulted in a lot of art being made for my community. That process is really how I discovered my love of design, but more importantly, my love of helping others through art and design. That passion took me to the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where I earned my Bachelor's in Graphic Design.

When it comes to my design philosophy, I like to approach my work with a healthy dose of excitement, smart thinking, and, of course, a lot of passion. It's a combination of those that allows me to make work that can be playful, elegant, maximalist, clean, clever, and even a perfect middle or a combination of all those things.

When I'm not sitting like a shrimp in front of my computer, you can find me nerding out about an endless list of other things. I willingly love rooting for my Minnesota Vikings every fall, hiking my way through as many state parks as I can, and catching up on my endless watchlist of movies and shows, all of which are activities best done with a good sprinkling of cat hair on my clothes.
